It's not easy trying to determine the best approach to improving your health, what tests to run, interpreting those tests, looking at diet, stress levels, and the systems of the body that are affected. Correlating the test results with your symptoms to uncover the HIDDEN causes of your health complaint(s), then designing a plan of action that addresses all aspects of your health.
My extensive training, study, and research in health, wellness, nutrition, and fitness has given me the tools to create a methodology to help you uncover the underlying health issues you have been struggling to resolve.
We will work together to develop a plan of action. Throughout the process, I make modifications as needed to make sure you are on the right track.
Your health is more important than anything else. Without it, you can't live an active lifestyle, and you may not be able to spend quality time with your family and friends, or otherwise enjoy life.

The Steps to Regaining your Health and Vitality
After you've scheduled a consultation, we'll meet by phone or Zoom for about 30 minutes and discuss your main health complaints and decide whether my program is right for you. The consultation is free.
Please note that I only work with people that 100% committed to improving their health. There are no magic pills, and this is not an exact science. You must be willing to follow the recommendations I make. Failure to follow my protocols means you may not get the results you seek.
Once we've decided to work together, you will fill out several health surveys and intake forms, so I have more information about your health concerns. This information lets me look for patterns in your past and current health.
I will order labs for you. These may include hormones, thyroid, stool samples, food sensitivity, heavy metals, and others. Most of the labs are in-home and don't require a blood draw.
Once I have all the results, I will develop a plan of action that includes Diet, Exercise, Rest, Stress Reduction, and strategic supplementation to support your body
We will meet again via Zoom to go over the lab results and correlate them to your health complaints. The Results and Recommendation meeting is very detailed and takes about 90 minutes. We'll go over all my recommendations and answer any questions you may have. The recommendations cover Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress, and Supplementation.
We will meet virtually every week for the first month to make sure you are following the plan. We will also discuss any issues you may have encountered and highlight the positive results you have achieved. After the first month, we'll meet every few weeks. You can email me with any questions or concerns you may have, and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
Periodic re-testing is necessary to make sure you are improving. I will update your recommendations and make changes as needed to your plan based on the new lab results, including changes to your diet, rest, exercise, stress, your supplementation.
