You've seen your doctor, and they have run various labs, and they write you a prescription based on what they see on the labs and or your symptoms, but the meds don't seem to do much after a while.

The doc may prescribe another drug or increase the dosage of what you're already taking. It may help but you still don't feel quite right. 

You may experience side effects from the medications so the doc writes you another prescription to counter the side effects and you still don't feel right.

This cycle continues with no relief in sight. 

If you are tired of dealing with this vicious cycle and never feeling better, you owe it to yourself to take control of your health.

I help people just like you uncover and resolve the root cause of their health issues. I work with you to develop a plan of action and support you all the way.

My extensive training, study, and research in health, wellness, nutrition, and fitness have given me the tools to create a methodology to help you regain your health and vitality.

If we choose to work together I will order labs and correlate the results with your symptoms to uncover the HIDDEN causes of your health complaint(s).

That data and your health history form the basis of your plan of action that addresses the five components of being healthy: Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Reduction, and Supplementation as needed to support your body while it heals.

We will work through the plan I develop to ensure you see the results you expect. Modifications are made as needed  to ensure you are on the right track.

This is not a magic pill or quick fix; it can take six months or more to help you heal yourself. The longer you have had health complaints, the longer it will take to reverse them.

Your health is your most important asset. Without it, you'll continue to suffer and you're symptoms will multiply and get worse over time.

The Steps to Regaining your Health and Vitality

Step 1 - Free Discovery Call

After you've scheduled a consultation, we'll meet by phone or Zoom for about 30 minutes, discuss your main health complaints, and decide whether my program is right for you. The consultation is free.

Please note that I only work with people who are 100% committed to improving their health. There are no magic pills, and this is not an exact science. You must be willing to follow the recommendations I make. Failure to follow my protocols means you may not get the results you seek.

Step 2 - Intake forms and health history

Once we've decided to work together, you will fill out a health history and intake form. This information lets me look for patterns in your past and current health.

Step 3 - Lab Work

Based on your health complaints and intake forms, the labs may include hormones, thyroid, stool samples, food sensitivity, heavy metals, standard bloodwork, etc. Some of the labs are in-home and don't require a blood draw, a few do require blood draws from LabCorp, Quest, or Anytime Labs.

Step 4 - Developing the Plan

Once I have all the results, I will develop a plan of action that includes Diet, Exercise, Rest, Stress Reduction, and strategic supplementation to support your body.

Step 5 - Results and Recommendations

We will meet again via Zoom to correlate the lab results to your health complaints. The Results and Recommendation meeting is very detailed and takes about 90 minutes. We'll go over all my recommendations and answer any questions you may have. The recommendations cover Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress, and Supplementation. This is the start of your 90-day protocol.

Step 6 - Follow-Ups & Education

We will meet virtually every week for the first month to ensure you follow the plan. We will also discuss any issues you may have encountered and highlight your positive results. After the first month, we'll meet every few weeks. You can email me with any questions or concerns you may have, and I will get back to you within 24 hours. I will also provide you with educational materials so you can learn to take control of your health. I will modify the plan as needed

Step 7 - Re-testing

Periodic re-testing is necessary to make sure you are improving. I will update your recommendations and make changes as needed to your plan based on the new lab results, including changes to your diet, rest, exercise, stress, your supplementation.
